We do recommend that you complete no more than one to three levels a day so that you have time to complete the mini challenges and incorporate the lessons into your daily routine.

After enrolling in the challenge, you will have access to the challenge for as long as it is live on our site - across any and all devices that you own. You can access videos and files to view or download. And you will have access to any updates or additional files and resources that are added to this challenge in the future.
IS THIS A DIET?
This challenge is not a weight loss diet, however you may lose weight as you build new healthy eating habits that include the recommended daily servings of fruits and vegetables.
This challenge is designed to help you learn to incorporate healthy fruits and vegetables into your diet. The material taught in this challenge is compatible with many research-supported weight loss diets, including the DASH diet, the Mediterranean diet, Weight Watchers and other diet plans. Do I have to give up meat, eggs, or dairy to participate?
No! This challenge does not require you to give up any food that you like.
When Will I Receive the T-Shirt
All participants who complete the challenge will receive the t-shirt. Once you complete the final level of the challenge, you will be able to submit your t-shirt size and shipping information. Your shirt will ship within 1-2 business days after you submit your information.
