We become the people we hang out with. So hang with the folks who are going to celebrate your successes and cheer you on when you need extra motivation, the people who are happy for you to succeed in your wellness goals because they truly care about you. Being around people who support you in your goals can truly make the difference in whether or not you accomplish those goals. Find those special people in your life and share your goals and your struggles with them. People who cheer you on will help you overcome obstacles, get rid of “stinking thinking”, and encourage you to reach for your highest and best self.
