The last thing you should ever feel is guilty for taking care of yourself. When you love yourself, when you respect yourself, you will take care of yourself. You will take steps to eat healthy food, move your body, and and relax and unwind when you need to manage your stress. We need to see these actions not as optional, but as necessary, and help the people around us - the people we love and care about, and who depend on us - to see our own self care as necessary. The more we take care of ourselves, the more we are showing ourselves and our value and worth the respect that we deserve.
